WHAT IF MY PROJECT DOES NOT FALL INTO THE SCOPE OF AN E-DESIGN?

No worries, fill out our Design Questionnaire, and a member of our team will contact you for a customized design quote!

WHAT IF I NEED JUST A LITTLE DESIGN HELP SUCH PAINT COLOR SELECTIONS?

No problem, we can customize a design package for you. Contact us for more information!

WHAT IF I NEED MORE ITEMS THAN THE ALLOWED AMOUNT OF ITEMS FOR MY ROOM? OR I REQUIRE MORE DESIGN HELP, SUCH AS ADDITIONAL DRAWINGS, DESIGN PLANS, OR REVISIONS? 

Simply let us know what you are in need of on the design questionnaire and we will let you know our recommendation, which may include a custom quote.  If it is determined during your project that you would like additional help with your design, we can simply  add additional design hours, or you can purchase two of the same E-Design package to allow for sourcing of all items needed.

HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT I SELECT WILL FIT MY SPACE?

When purchasing furnishings online, we suggest that you measure the space where you will be placing your furniture.

HOW WILL I KNOW HOW A PRODUCT WILL LOOK IN MY SPACE WITHOUT SEEING IT IN PERSON?

Please note some colors may vary slightly due to your monitor’s color settings. Our computers have been optimized to show the best representation of our product’s colors. Our descriptions are based from the manufacturer and therefore we assume no liability for discrepancies including color variations, textures, or minor imperfections.

WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDERED ARRIVES DAMAGED?  

Quality products are our top priority. All products are inspected prior to shipment. In an unlikely event that you see extensive damage to the exterior of the box, you may refuse it and take pictures. Please notify us immediately, so that we may file a claim and submit for a replacement.

If the product is damaged inside, please contact us immediately within 48 hours. Please leave the product in all its original packaging the way that it came. We will work on a replacement for you and give you further instructions. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for more information on how to file a claim.

WHAT IF I FIND THE SAME ITEM FOR LESS ON ANOTHER SHOP?

We offer a price match guarantee if you happen to find the same item at a lower price elsewhere!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We currently ship West Coast to East in the United States.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
